You vote on other people's posts. If you likey, vote up. If you no likey, reply. If it doesn't belong on the site because it will get someone in trouble, vote it down. Don't be a Pillow Biting Nancy. Voting a post up doesn't currently do a whole lot, other than give the poster a geeky little tingle in their no-no spot. Posts with a score of -3 are removed and cause the poster's STFU Index to increase. If you see a post in the negative for no apparent reason, please vote it back up. This causes the downvoter's nancy metric to increase and will save the post from deletion.
