Well, here we are. Elebrin's extended bio. Who am I?

Well, for starters I am a college student who is about to graduate, most likely within the year, with a BS in computer science. I'd love a full time job doing something interesting, preferably software development but IT is ok it thats all I can find.

I am currently employed at a local level government agency doing IT work. I support about 200 users and 8 servers. We recently rolled out VMware to increase our flexibility and it is working tremendously.

Work aside, I am a fairly average geek. I played WoW for about a year, ending in December 07. I restarted in March 08, and falling off the wagon never felt so good. I have been here since the beginning almost, I created my userid within a month of bN opening up. I was a farker kinda, but I think I posted all of once. I like bN because it is smaller and a more friendly community then fark lite.

No pictures, sorry. You don't get those unless you have either met me in real life or know my name. I love my anonymity, as the internet is one of the few places in the word where if I fuck up socially I can start over. I personally believe that the internet could be one of the few places in the world where religion, race, sexual orientation, or gender can most easily be overcome simply because they are non obvious. If you want some idea of what I look like I am white, male, wear glasses, have a full beard in the winter and am a good deal more trimmed up in the summer, a bit overweight, and not terribly tall. I have been described as being visually akin to a dwarf from LoTR.
