Dutch gal; lived and worked in NY for 7 years. Currently living (and working) in Amsterdam. Work for an alternative energy company, we're in windmills, and a member the board of the Amsterdam HIV foundation. I'm pretty down to earth, fun, playful person, in for a joke, enjoys travelling, speak 4 languages, but have poor grammar, walks in the park, poking dead things with a stick, oh and world peace, yeah definitely world peace.

Studied in Israel for a year and now have dual-nationality. Volunteered for humanitarian projects, yes that included helping and working with Palestinians. As much as I love Israel and feel they have a right to exist, I'm not that pro-Israel (or that anti Palestinian) as some of you make me out to be; wish they would all just get along. Nobody's going to move out of there, so deal with it. Sometimes I just feel the need to straighten stuff out when some moran is making one-liner ignorant comment and is unwilling to see the other side of the story.
